1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided
Nom de Plume Publications LLC offers the following professional services:

• Proofreading and editing
• Alpha and Beta reader review reports
• Integrated feedback analysis
• ISBN sales and registration services

All services are provided on a per-project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. User Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Submit materials that are their own work or for which they hold all necessary rights
• Avoid submitting illegal, plagiarized, or offensive content
• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Comply with instructions and deadlines for service delivery

4. Payment Terms

• The Company may access submitted materials solely for providing the requested services.

6. Confidentiality
All client materials are handled in accordance with our Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" and results may vary.
• Nom de Plume Publications LLC is not responsible for publication success, sales, or outcomes of using our services.
• Liability for any claim, loss, or damages arising from the use of services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Termination
Nom de Plume Publications LLC may refuse or terminate service at any time for violations of these TOS, illegal or offensive content, or non-payment.

9. Third-Party Services
Services such as ISBN sales involve third-party systems. The Company is not responsible for delays or errors outside its control.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in Colorado courts unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

11. Amendments
Nom de Plume Publications LLC may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" reflects the last revision.
